Another Doom Question

I have had a lot of fun with Rockdoom, but am having trouble getting some WADs to work. The Counter-Strike wad loads, but then shuts down after showing the menu screen background picture. Could this be because I already have three wads on my ipod? (nano) Is there a limit on how many wads you can have for Rockdoom other than your players memory?
