can't seem to get booloader onto my Iriver iHP-120

I have downloaded the utility to my computer, loader the rockbox software but i can't seem to install the bootloader the little installation dialogue gives me a stop and says
"Could not MD5Sum original firmware", it, any suggestions and assume i am a total newbie

What version is the .hex file you're attempting to patch?
