Directories useless ?

.Spotlight-V100 contains information which helps search for files in OS X.

DiskTidy can cause quite a bit of disk access, and that uses power.  Maybe it just discharged the battery.

all the music synced through itunes is placed in the ipod_control folder.

All the music synced through yamipod will also be in the ipod_control folder.
