ok one more problem.. (lol).. im using winff.. i put in the family guy disc.  it contains four eppisodes.  when i open winff and selct "add" the family guy dvd gives me the following VIDEO_TS.BUP, VIDEO_TS.IFO, VIDEO_TS.VOB, and then it gives me a lot of things that say VTS blah blah blah.   i select all of them and i convert it to my G drive.  now on my ipod, 3 video things show up, 1 say VIDEO_TS, and the other 2 say VTS something.  i click on VIDEO_TS and the 20th century fox symbol pops up along with the warning notice about reproducing this video.  that last for about 1 sec and then stops.  When i try to open the other 2 videos it say Error opening file: -1.  Any Help.  (sorry if this is really confusing, maybe i want meant to use this)

Again, you'll need to do some research on the internet to learn how to properly extract DVDs. This forum isn't for training you in media conversion.
