How can I make the OF the primary boot?(In other words load first)

Weird, i cant use rockbox when i press left or just turn it on regular.  ???

Chronon:
I just want to be clear on your complaints.  It sounds like you like the OF because pressing a given button twice takes you to the playing screen.  But you don't like it that Rockbox will take you there in one keypress?  I.e. pressing play/pause once takes you to the WPS, a second press pauses it.

Welcome to the world of unsupported code.  Go complain to the author of the reverse bootloader.

If you bothered to read the manual that list would be shortened dramatically, I'm sure.

Very useful to go there quick to lower the volume or see the track info.... On Rockbox you pause the song if you press it twice.

Chronon already addressed this one.

--- Quote ---How about when you want to go to your songs list, it shows it form the beggining, the OF automatically highlights the song youre playing.

Read the section of the manual relating to the "Follow playlist" setting?

--- Quote ---Also the recording feature on rockbox sucks, on the OF you just press the record button on the side and it records and you can pause or stop and it asks if you want to save. On rockbox you have to go through your files to find the recordings and sometimes you go into record mode by mistake and you dont want it to save it. Rockbox doesnt ask if you want to save.
--- End quote ---

The OF's method sounds like a good way to inadvertently lose a recording.  There is no way I would want that for Rockbox.  It takes all of about 5 seconds to delete a recording if you decide you don't want it.

Felliph3:
I figured out why Rockbox wouldnt load. You hold the middle button(select) instead of left. Haha ;)

Ohhh so thats how you do it eh? I didnt know if you pressed play it went back to the now playing screen. Cool. This makes things a ton better.

I tried that and all it does is highlights a song that i choose from the FILES, it doesnt highlight the one currently playing.

The OF works fine, I just sort of learned how to play with the recording on Rockbox. So confusing, the rec button starts a new file, play starts recording, then its like how so i save, its confusing. I like how the OF starts recording when you press REC no matter where you are in the menus and when you want to stop just press select and it pauses and if you scroll down 1 you can stop and it asks if you want to save.

I kind of hate how when you skip the same song plays twice, i dont understand why it does that.
