How to Get Themes - Help

i just got rockbox a while ago and its great but i still havent found out how to get new themes. ive tried a couple of times but it hasnt really worked. I want the theme called Pen&Paper with AA and Nextsong and it here. http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/WpsIpod5g
 if you could just explain me in details how to get that that would be great.

Also i cant figure out how to get doom.....

Simply unzip the file to the root of your player. You will get an overwriting warning about .rockbox already existing if you do it right. Select "yes", then simply select the theme the next time you load rockbox.
