Febs:
Could you post a copy of your config.cfg file?

Hi Febs:
Here is what the config.cfg file looks like:

# .cfg file created by rockbox r17055-080409 - http://www.rockbox.org

volume: -18

I'm afraid this is not what you are looking for.  I didn't see any other documentation regarding config.cfg with the exception of an item in the manual that indicated there should be more info in this file than what I am showing.  Please let me know if I am looking in the wrong file.

Thanks,
Ed

Hi Febs,
I believe I have corrected my issue. I read on Head-fi.org where someone recommended turning on "Directory Cacheing" to speed up recognition of clickwheel commands.  This not only made my unit MUCH more responsive but also appears to have corrected my stuttering issue.  I will play around with it more today and post back if I continue to have problems but as of now I believe it is working as it should.

BTW, thanks for developing a program that allows me to use FLAC file on a large storage MP3 player.

Best,
Ed

Actually, that is what I was looking for.  I just wanted to make sure that you had actually reset your settings.  Since the config.cfg file only shows those settings are changed from default, the fact that there is virtually nothing in it shows that you did in fact reset your settings.
