The LCD remote with the joystick is the H300 remote.

Sorry for the mistake on the remote, I stand corrected.  The version that shows when I boot the player is:  r16974-080404.

Hello,

I have the same problem with my H320 using the H120/140 remote. After booting the remote works fine until I play a title. Sometimes the display will crash even if I don't play songs but just using the menu. Interesting is that the LCD changes its shown lines in time with the ticking. So I turned off the "reduced ticking" with no effect  >:(
My build is 17068-080410 and LCD never comes back only if I re-plug it (and if there's no song playing).
Hope this issue will be fixed soon. Thank you so far
