iriver h340 international remote lcd issue

Hello,
I have an issue that involves the remote lcd on my H340.  It will have a display as normal but when I change a song or start browsing using the remote the screen goes blank though it still lights up, it will still control navigation as appearant when I look at the screen on the player.  I also have an h320 and the remote functions normally.  If anyone has any input please respond.

1. In which build do you get these results?
2. I guess that you use an LCD remote and not the H300 default; which LCD-remote do you use? H100 LCD remote or the H300 LCD remote?
3. Do you have the "reduce ticking" option to on or off?
4. Does the LCD come back after going blank?

I am using the latest build, I am using I believe the H100 LCD (the one with the joystick), I do have the reduce ticking option on and finally the lcd only comes back on when I unplug and re-plug in the remote.  I am hoping that it is not the player itself as it functions fine using the keypad and does respond to the remote inputs.  Any other thoughts or offerings are appeciated

Please report the SVN revision of your build. We've found there's often some discrepancy in what we consider latest, and what users consider latest.

The LCD remote with the joystick is the H300 remote.

Sorry for the mistake on the remote, I stand corrected.  The version that shows when I boot the player is:  r16974-080404.

Hello,

I have the same problem with my H320 using the H120/140 remote. After booting the remote works fine until I play a title. Sometimes the display will crash even if I don't play songs but just using the menu. Interesting is that the LCD changes its shown lines in time with the ticking. So I turned off the "reduced ticking" with no effect  
My build is 17068-080410 and LCD never comes back only if I re-plug it (and if there's no song playing).
Hope this issue will be fixed soon. Thank you so far
