Really big problems with sansa e250!

When i start it, it just says "Load main image failed, Switch to Recovery mode". What should i do?

Restore the original firmware as told at http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/SansaE200Unbrick#Recovery_Mode

Then, re-install rockbox. If you have any questions, just ask.
