Cover art sizes?

Just wondering, what's the best approach to using disc cover art in Rockbox?  I've seen some WPS themes use 150x150, some other sizes.  Can the themes resize the cover art to the appropriate size, or should I find a theme that I like, resize my covers to the right size, and stick with it?
