Hi there, I m having a very similar problem with my Sansa 280r. Every thing seems to go well until I get to the end. I get the refreshed the database, but I do not get the"upgrading firmware"....After my sansa only refreshes the database it then reboots and I have no rockbox. I am a nub and have no clue what I am doing wrong....
