Rockbox doesn't care about or interact with desktop software at all.  As long as Winamp can copy the music to your device Rockbox can use it.

It ought to be noted that synching via Winamp will create an itunes-like directory structure as opposed to how you normally organize your music (if you use a more coherent directory tree).
