I am truely sorry but my friend told me to use youtube and it worked absolutly fine the first time, it wasnt untill i downloaded the new iPod software and had to redo it I stated having problems. I would use the manual but i have trubble understanding it, sorry im not a very good computer person, but I will try to use it again, thanks

We have no control over the videos on YouTube, and thus do not count them as official install instructions at all.

Please, refer to the manual in the future. If there are parts of the manual that you don't understand, then ask us.
