New iPod software removed Rockbox

I have just recently gotten rockbox and enjoy the program very much...However today i just downloaded the new 1.3 apple iPod software onto my iPod because the notification message has been annoying me. I took the iPod out and no Rockbox showed up. The Rockbox software folder still is showing that it is installed on my iPod when i look on my computer for it, but it still will not start up on my iPod nor will it when ever i reset it. I also have also tried unstalling it and reinstalling it on my iPod many many times...What do I do??? Can i get rid of the 1.3 apple software or is there another way to bring rockbox up on my iPod. I have a 30G iPod video.

I appologize in advance for the annoyance and if it has already been explained in the manual or forum...Or if this message is in the wrong forum box....Thanks

Yes.

No, not the whole thing - just do the bootloader install again (either with Rockbox Utility or by running ipodpatcher).
