Backlight on with new song... ?

Hi-

I got: ipod 5th gen... recently installed RB.... Just getting the hang of it...

What I'd like to do is have the backlight flash on when a new track is played (like winamp if you know what I mean)... I searched and found something in the mail archive but I had no idea what they were talking about... ???

Look up "Caption Backlight" in the manual, for I believe, dear sir, that it holds the answers you seek.

Just be aware that it'll kill battery life. I got around 25 hours with it off and around 18 with it on with my gigabeat.

The backlight is the biggest battery eater on players next to hard disk spinup (which is irrelevant on flash players).
