well im having the same problem...except when i throw on Skip Frames and Limit FPS...but then my video starts to skip...and this is for any type ive done (made it 23fps all the way to 30fps, lowered the video bitrate and audio, no avail.)  i use erightsoft's SUPER and all my old videos before i upgraded to firmware (rockbox) are great and working fine, its just the new ones.  Im sorry if the description isnt any good, but if u want i have a video i can link to you?  it shows it on my mp3 (Sansa e250) and then on my computer

AlexP:
Rockbox does not support the same video formats as the Sansa OF.  Therefore I don't quite understand what you mean here:

nono :p sry for the lack of explaining....before i upgraded the Rockbox firmware

so the old videos were from like r16616 and the new videos are from like r166717 (these are just random firmwares, i dont no the exact ones i downloaded)

Just to clarify: these options must be enabled if you want video and audio to be in sync. The possibility to disable them is just for debugging and performance measuring.

Hopefully this helps: I had the exact same problems on my e200 series with getting audio to sync. I tried every settting change and even kept a spreadsheet going to eliminate settings I had tried that didn't work.

I finally solved the problem by download Winff and copying in the correct settings file, as per the instructions in the MpegPlayer wiki:

http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/PluginMpegplayer

All videos have synched perfectly with the audio once I started using WinFF.
