Unable to upload podcast

I have a e250 and use mediamonkey. I get the adam carolla show as a podcast. I create a playlist and uploaded it says transfering data. I cant find the files or the playlist. I test them on my ipod(stock firmware) and all works fine

I uninstalled rockbox and same deal no files. I happy this sansa is a second player. It says its uploading but no files. They are mp3 and I uploaded the same show last week

What USB mode do you have the Sansa in?
