Is there a way to uninstall/delete only a few things?

I really like the Rockbox, but I don't need some of the visual demos or the games. Is there a way to uninstall or delete only specific things like that, or do I just learn to live with them? Thanks

You could just erase them but every time you update they'll be put back.

Also, those are quite small and therefore don't require much space on disc. You also won't gain anything (except a few bytes on disc) by deleting them, plugins only require resources when they are run.
