How to create a playlist?

Like what i mean by creating a playlist is like selecting a couple of songs from the bunch you have and putting them into a playlist. Anyone can help to create a playlist, thank you very much.

I'm pretty sure you can take it from this: Find a song in the database and hold select for a second. You'll get a context menu with playlist options.

But when i hold select and save the song into playlist it refreshes and put every single song back in the playlist.

Try viewing the playlist before and after you add a song and it should become clear what's happening.  Perhaps you were already playing music and didn't expect to find those tracks in the playlist?  I'm having difficulty understanding exactly what you have done, so it's hard to offer much feedback.
