How To insert mpeg videos and how to play

I dont know if i have to insert the video file to see in my ipod. My ipod is a ipod video 5.5g 30gb.

I dont see any mpeg plugin inside my rockbox.

Can some body helpme???

Which parts?  We can only improve it with good feedback.

Maybe you could quote the part that you don't understand.  It's useless for us to guess about what confuses you.  If you can identify parts that are not worded clearly then we can try to improve that for the future.
