how do u make the .cfg file in the theme section

A text editor is any program that can create or modify plain text (ASCII, Unicode, etc.) files. An example of one that's included in Windows is Notepad.

Hey, I'm not endorsing its quality. I'm only pointing out that the user probably already has one on his system. And it's not like a configuration file for a theme is an arduous coding task. ;)
Noble, I do, however, completely agree that you'll do yourself a favor by getting a good quality text editor.

What do i need to put in notepad? Or write in it?
