how do u make the .cfg file in the theme section

You can use any text editor that suits you.  Just save it with a .cfg extension.  You should be able to get an idea for what parameters make sense to set for a theme's configuration file by looking at those for other themes.

Noble, please read our posting guidelines.  Among other things, they require the use of proper English and not abbreviations like "u."

A text editor is any program that can create or modify plain text (ASCII, Unicode, etc.) files.  An example of one that's included in Windows is Notepad.

Hey, I'm not endorsing its quality.  I'm only pointing out that the user probably already has one on his system.  And it's not like a configuration file for a theme is an arduous coding task.   ;)

Noble, I do, however, completely agree that you'll do yourself a favor by getting a good quality text editor.

Have you looked at the contents of other themes' configuration files?  It shouldn't be too hard to use another theme as a template and just change the settings that you want to change.
