5.5g ipod video question

I was wondering how would i start my ipod in apple software instead of rockbox so i can watch my movies without having to encode them

Shut down Rockbox, then restart by pressing MENU+SELECT, and immediately clicking the hold switch ON. After a few seconds, the OF will start.

This is covered in our fine manual. Why not sit with a nice cup of tea and read through it? The link is on the left hand side.
