Can't change usb mode on c250??

Am I understanding correctly, that these players will not recognize sdhc cards? Not even with rockbox installed?

Rockbox will recognize sdhc cards. As long as we don't have fully working USB you'll have to use a card reader to put your data on it though.

Speaking of which, can you give the gist of how progress is coming on USB? ???

The current status is at http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/PortalPlayerUsb. Basically there's not been much progress on the blockers the last weeks.

Ok, so I followed all instructions, got rockbox to boot. If I turn it on, it boots rockbox, but as soon as I plug it in to the usb the sansa firmware boots. Is this normal? I've tried searching but came up with nothing.
