Album Artwork Display Problem

ive tried every theme that loads artwork but all of them look the same, i guess ill have to conform with the metroid & supermario theme , since those themes  are the onlly one that load fully.

i found a theme that displays artwork, and it runs flawlessly on my ipod but it doesnt show up the artwork, i save the image in format .bmp, and in 100x99 resolution, but its save on the id3 tags cause i used itunes to put the artwork on it.

any help?

You had 2 problems: 1. Trying to load themes that require patches (advice: do that later) 2. Get themes that work under the official build to show the album art... well, if you do not read the documentation we direct you to, it might take a long, long time for it to work

You really need to read this. Since you are using iTunes, you need to put your artworks in bmp files as described in the link:

/.rockbox/albumart/ artist-albumtitle .bmp

i loaded a theme capable of display album artwork, then i put the image in .bmp format in 100x99 , in the same folder of the songs , example:

the song name:all eyez on me
album name all eyez on me

and i did this : put the image in hte same folder an named the picture all eyez on me

and still doesnt work


i read the links and followed the steps but i couldnt run this file.
