Hey guys, I am installing RockBox for my friend, and This is the first time i am using the Rockbox Utility. Just to make sure everything is ok, i restored my friends iPod nano 1st gen, and I installed rockbox, but its not opening, than I noticed, that i needed a bootloader, so i tried installing it from the Installation Tab. I clicked install, and it sais that there is one installed on the ipod, so i overwrite, and it said Failed to Add Bootloader. So I try to Uninstall the bootloader, and it said no bootloader found, can someone help me?

bluebrother:
Have you tried removing / installing the bootloader using ipodpatcher? There might be an issue in Rockbox Utility.

sendkris:
Well, I fixed it, but now I went into the database, and its Building database for a while >_

bluebrother:
It would be nice to know how you fixed it ...

sendkris:
Well, I had the wrong iPod selected, I selected 1st gen, but i forgot that there was also a nano, so i picked the nano, and I have this thing in my ipod, when i go to database, It sais Database not ready Initialize now

SELECT = Yes

Any Other = No

Once I click yes, it calculates, and it sais Building database... 3924 found (PREV to return)

I restarted my ipod a couple of times, and it still has that message,

PS: I wated at the "Building Database" screen for some time, and all it does is the ipod turns off like it would if it is untouched after a while.
