Wanting to contribute an FM preset file

Hey everyone... I am new to developing for this type of project... could someone point me in the right direction on getting started on submitting an FM preset file??? I need to know what format to create it in...do I just create it in note pad and change the extension to .fmr and attach it? That seems too easy...I am registered in Wiki so that step it done.. what next??

Yes, write it up in a text editor, and then save it with an .fmr extension.

If you need an example of how to lay out the presets, you can download an FM preset list from the wiki, and follow along with it.
