Need help with playback

I am new to Rockbox and have it installed on my 5.5 generation ipod video.  I love it so far, but I have an issue that is driving me crazy.  I only use the file tree system for navigating and playing files (I don't use the database function).  My music is arranged in directories such as: Genre/Artist/Album/Song File.

My issue is that if I play a song file from an album directory, I cannot play it again unless I shut off the player.  It seems to be a particular problem with the last song in a directory.  If I play it and then go to play it again, it simply won't play.  I think it must have to do with how Rockbox uses playlists and how I have it configured.  I'm guessing it's an easy fix, but I'm stumped.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

GodEater:
This sounds like a bug.

Which revision of Rockbox does this occur on ?

(To find this out go to System -> Rockbox Info, and read the information next to "Version").

Godeater:

I have version r16361-080220.

I've also noticed that if I go into a directory (album), a lot of times the last song in the directory won't play.  When I click on it, the drive spins up and it seems like all is well, but within a second or two the stop signal appears on the screen and the song won't play.  It's really frustrating.  Any help would really be appreciated.

Many thanks.

Please be using a current version. There have been many playback changes since then.

Sorry for the newbie question, but where do I find the most current version.  Also, how do I go about deleting the copy on my player now and reinstalling the new version.  Is there a way to do that without losing all of my settings, theme, fonts, etc.?

Thanks in advance for your help.
