How reliable is the ipod 5/5.5G built in disk scan?
« on: March 03, 2008, 05:33:41 PM »
Sorry if this isn't directly related to Rockbox but I figure people here would know the answer.  So, how reliable is the ipod 5/5.5G built in disk scan? Is it a full surface scan? Would it be better to run a scan using a dedicated Toshiba/Samsung scan utility on a PC with the drive attached via an adapter or is the ipod built in utility good enough?

Please don't do that. These are not a general purpose DAP forum, nor a place for people to find technically knowledgeable people. They're forums specifically for the support and development of the Rockbox software.
