Archos recorder 20gb HDD error

Is there anybody in the forum who can fix this?, I soldered the battery charging ends and replaced working HDD, batteries with still no luck, now it is not booting? I can pay if it is reasonable price :'( . Charging screen comes and tries to boot and I hear a clicking noise
