Sansa e250 - PC can't read in Rockbox, original fw, or recovery mode

Right. When I plug in the USB when off - boot load stuff shows up, then the last thing that shows up is 'Disabling Database Rebuild' and the original fw comes up. But, the PC still doesn't read my player. :-\

Hmmm, very weird.

Any chance you could try with another PC?

What OS do you use?

Already did, and Windows XP.

Well, I'm pretty much out of ideas I'm afraid.  Hopefully someone else will come along who can help.

Llorean:
If recovery mode isn't connecting, nor is OF, then odds are it's an issue with the cable or USB port itself.
