please help rockbox wont load !!

Please say EXACTLY what the error message is, and EXACTLY what steps you have taken.  For example, why did you format it?  The manual doesn't tell you to do that to install.

So you need to reformat it as FAT32 in the same way as you did NTFS (except obviously select FAT32), then you can follow the install instructions for Rockbox as in the manual.

Edit:  On a second read, are you saying you installed the rockbox bootloader, then formatted to NTFS?

not as ntfs or fat32...

right click on sansa e250 in my computer and than make format.
os: XP32.

Try either swissknife or fat32format.  Use google to find them.

1)  Are your songs properly tagged?

2)  Whilst rockbox supports SDHC, it doesn't yet have a USB mode for the Sansas, so you must use the Sansa firmware to transfer files.  However, the Sansa firmware doesn't support SDHC, so to get files on your card you need to either use a card reader or first copy them to the internal memory, then use rockbox to cut and paste them to the card.  USB support is being worked on though.
