please help rockbox wont load !!

Please say EXACTLY what the error message is, and EXACTLY what steps you have taken.  For example, why did you format it?  The manual doesn't tell you to do that to install.

i format as ntfs ( BIG MISTAKE )
how i back FAT32?.......
i think its my problem!!
i cant put nothing in myE250
just songs!

So you need to reformat it as FAT32 in the same way as you did NTFS (except obviously select FAT32), then you can follow the install instructions for Rockbox as in the manual.

Edit:  On a second read, are you saying you installed the rockbox bootloader, then formatted to NTFS?

Dude i right click in the mouse i got just "format"
not as ntfs or fat32...
i dont have chosse its automatic..
