rockdoom

i have rockbox and i try 2 play doom but i missin the base
WAD so i copied the doomf wad and the rockdoom.wad but it doesnt work please help me

I put the files in doom in the game file. I've read manuals and it says to place them in a directory or file named /.rockbox/doom/ i cant create the directory on my ipod or in my compuer

Unless you provide some additional information, I can't help you.  I'm not psychic.  What are you doing to try to create that directory, and what is the result when you try.

Also, I told you once already:  use proper punctuation.  The use of punctuation is not optional in these forums.

Ok heres some info I have a fourth genaration U2 ipod 20gb with rockbox installed. i have tried linux and rockbox many times and i've only had it on my ipod for about a week i got all the plugins to work but not doom and in case your wondering i restored my ipod before doing any modifacations with rockbox

He asked you very specific questions. "What are you doing to try to create that directory, and what is the result when you try." Try answering that, clearly, and with exact details about messages it gives you.

to create the directory i go into files hold select on doom scroll down and click create directory and then when i click play it says create directory failed

Just create the folder using your OS'es file manager if you can't succeed in doing it in Rockbox.
