How do i see my music?

Im finally able to listen to music that i put into the folder in my computer but i cant see the music in the sansa usb connection thing so i cant erase songs or edit and adding is also weird. any suggestions? i heard of hidden folder but i dont know how to see it in the computer. ???

I'm not sure about the Sansa USB connection, but to show hidden files:
