Suggestion: KeyTone: ALL but Volume option

Hello,

I like the keytone option, but I didn't like it always clicking when changing the volume.

Could you maybe add a option like:
"All, but Volume" to "ON" and "OFF"?

I doubt this is something which will ever make it into the core, but even so - this isn't the right place for a feature request - please put it on Flyspray.
