I tried it on another sansa with the latest official build, and I have no problems. It looks like mine was a problem with kugel's build. I will bring it up on abi's forums.

Ok, what i was doing was downloaded the video using keepvid, then converting it to mpeg format with win. it went on my ipod fine and played, however at the end it would freeze and then whenever i chose a song to listen to it would play a different one.

i have found a solution. what i did was i went to youtube, then found a video i want. Then after the url above i added &fmt=18. After refreshing the page it was the same video, however it was in mp4 format. So in conjunction with download helper, the mozilla addon, i downloaded it. Then i just used to win and now it plays perfectly on my ipod.
