UNINSTALLING 5gb i pod problem

so me being dumb i deleted the rockbox file in my i pod. and i want to uninstall it. but i cant because my computer wont recongnize my i pod when i plug it in. nothing happends. i dont know what to do. please help me. thank you

The manual would tell you all about this, but...
Do a hard reset (hold Menu + Select for a few seconds) until the the apple logo appears and immediately turn on the Hold switch. From there you can either follow the instructions in the manual or you can use iTunes to restore your ipod.
