Trying to install rockbox on a sansa e250r v1 questions about step 2

Shows up in My Computer as a removable drive.  When I try to copy the files to device it says please insert disk into drive O: ???  Obviously there is no disk to insert.  Please help me resolve this problem.

Have you picked the correct drive letter? The Sansas show up as two drives in Windows (the player's main Flash drive and the MicroSD card).

also, make shure the device is in MSC mode in sansa firmware... MTP combines the two memory allocation systems
