I read the link above but still cant get pacbox to run? do you need all those files,i only got these files :pacman.6e  pacman.6f  pacman.6h pacman.6j those are the only files i have,i put them in this directory .rockbox/pacman but when i try it it says thats there no roms in the directory  ???

You need all of them. That's why it says you need them.
