Rockbox H140 won't start...

To install the Rockbox bootloader, you have to patch the iriver firmware file that you download in step 1 above.  The Rockbox Manual explains how to do that.  After patching the file, put the patched file on the root of your player and proceed from step 3 above.

Okay well then I did do this beforehand.  And it still isn't loading.  Any other suggestions?
