My 2GB Nano!!!!! Nooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Ok so I put Rockbox on my ipod nano its first generation. It was fine I added themes, I put music on there, but then it all went downhill. I accidently went into the recording thing, and it froze! Right now I'm waiting to see if the battery will run out, but it would be really nice if anyone can give me advice. oh yeah and on the freezed page it says. "Data aort at 00008b40 (0)"

Hold Menu and Select. And please post in the right section next time, you didn't run a plugin.
