SilkSX Sansa c200 Theme

Nice little theme i quickly put together for the c200, generally its a combination of the Silk and GSX theme, with a few modifications.

Uses Silk Icons and Backdrops, nimbus-10 font with modified GSX animations and WPS. (credit goes to the makers of these original themes)

Theme compiled together correctly with appropriate cfg, wps, fonts, backdrop etc, just copy the .rockbox folder to the root of your sansa c200 and allow any overwrite of folders ..

We don't have a WPS Gallery for the Sansa c200 yet.

Someone (the devs?) decided to hold off on making a gallery page for the c200s until the new theme site is up and running...

Just be warned that this will tend to get lost on here.  The practice of  'publishing' themes on the forums is usually frowned upon.

lol... well in fairness to your previous question, i was looking to add it the wiki.. but as explained by others it seems at present its a bit of a no go..

Also Didn't see many themes flying about for the sansa c200 so thought I would share....

bout it really.............  so although i can understand the 'frown upon' circumstances... that would be a bit silly given the current situation, me thinks....

If any developers want to add it to any future builds feel free too..

I'm not sure the devs are too inclined to add themes for individual targets to the SVN repository currently, they seem to prefer that a theme have ports for all the current targets rather than one or a select few.

I have to admit, though, it's a very nice theme and would probably work well for other targets, should anyone be inclined to make ports for them...  It's just a bit of a shame it started on the smallest colour-screen DAP currently supported by Rockbox, it might be hard to start ports for other DAPs...

I said it is a modification of Silk (not available on the c200 models) and GSX theme combined and credited the original developers.  As the nano silk theme is not available for the sansa c200 and being a lack of themes, i kinda quickly put together my own..

Ahhhhhh got yer sorry (bit thick lol), I don't know about that..... might be, given what you guys have been saying but i would not worry about it too much

Copyright is important. We depend on it for the GPL to work and urge that you do you utmost to respect the copyrights of others.
