Resume/bookmark goes to timestamp then jumps to beginning

Rockmenot:
   Seeing this with mp3 files, possible lower bitrates (speech).

   The bookmark is saved with the proper timestamp, but when invoked, jumps to zero time.

This seems to be the same issue as described in FS#8511.
