"Best" platform for battery life and stability as of Feb 08?

Hi.  As of Feb 08, which platform is best for battery life and overall stability?  In other words, which portable player (ie:  X5, e280, 5.5G) is best for battery life and stability?

Battery runtime results are at the BatteryRuntime wiki page - the best results come from the IAudio "L" model players ("L" models have larger batteries), followed by the IRivers.  Both of these are coldfire based, and tend to be the most stable of the software codec targets.
