Sansa 250==Rockbox===After installing questions. (Music question)

hey guys im new here.. and i just installed the Rockbox on my sans e250 and it works great
everyhting works fine, music works, games work... awesome good job!  
But I wanted to  add some new songs to my sansa... how do i do that? Can someone please explain step by step? thanks eZZ

1)  Read the posting in this forum sticky in a forum before posting.  This is clearly not an installation question - I have moved it.

2)  Rockbox does not yet have a USB stack for portalplayer targets (although work by gevaert in IRC today suggest very good progress), so for now reboot to the original firmware and copy them on anywhere you like.  Note if you put them in the directory called music, the OF will hide it each time it boots.  To get around this you can set rockbox to view all files, or just make a different directory on your player.

3)  Have a look at the manual, it is very good and answers most questions (if you have anymore!)

Hold |<< (REWIND) as you turn the Sansa on. This is also in the manual.

sorry what do you mean REWIND? can u elaborate on that please

I put on HOLD, and when i turn it on... i pressed |<< and it says shutdown. cuz its locked
