Dual booting iPod OS and rockbox

Okay, maybe I forgot to read somethimg when I installed rockbox, but how do I run the original iPod OS on my iPod after installing rockbox on it? I'm using rockbox to just run iBoy on to play pokemon (lol) and I really prefer the original OS for listening music on. when I boot up my iPod though, there isnt any option between the two, it just goes straight to Rockbox...
help?  :P

Thanks, I found out from the archive that you have to hold the menu button when booting up. thanks though xD

That will still work, but is a deprecated method.  He suggested that you look in the manual. . .
