Problem with iBoy
« on: February 03, 2008, 03:53:13 PM »
Recently i found a video on youtube on putting iboy on rockbox. So I did it, went to the "Files" then "iBoy" then "Roms" and there they are ready to play. I uninstalled the rockbox bootloader, then installed it again for my reasons, and now the games wont show up. It just goes to a blank screen when I go to "Roms". Can someone help me?

iBoy is part of iPodLinux, Rockboy is part of rockbox.  You cannot put iBoy on Rockbox.

So you have a folder called /iBoy/Roms, with your ROMs in it.  What format are they?  Can you see them when you look at them through your PC?  What is your file view set to in Rockbox?

They are GBC and GB.

That did it. It was at "Music".
I put it to "Supported" and it worked.
Thanks.
