Ignore certain words such as "The" when sorting the database

The patch doesn't work (for useful values of work anyway). It probably doesn't even apply and compile these days. The patch itself is here http://www.rockbox.org/tracker/task/7287

It's spelt "Nobel", and secondly it wasn't a "Nobel" prize it was an "Ig Nobel" prize. Kind of a play one words...
